Steps to Success
The Thayertown difference is our enterprise experience in technology implementation and management. We follow a holistic approach when implementing a project with an emphasis on details, communications and documentation. Here are the prescriptive steps to success that our project managers follow:
A Clear and Concise Statement of Work to be Performed. This includes the necessary details and costs associated. There are no surprises and we maintain a 100% success rate for implementations.
Customer Champion. Your Project Manager is your champion and advocate. Their job is to make sure your project is properly implemented but to also to make sure you are completely satisfied every step of the way.
Kickoff Meeting. This is the project kickoff where the Sales Person and Project Manager have a joint meeting with the customer and the start of the project. Even though you are in the care of the Project Manager you can always escalate to your Sales Person at anytime.
